EndpointClarity is an early-stage reporting service for Microsoft Intune teams.
These terms are intended to be practical while the product is being developed. Any signed agreement, statement of work, or order form between EndpointClarity and a customer will control if it conflicts with these website terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the EndpointClarity website, submitting a form, requesting early access, or using any EndpointClarity service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using EndpointClarity on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these terms for that organization.
If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the website or services.
2. EndpointClarity Service
EndpointClarity provides Microsoft Intune reporting dashboards, stale device visibility, endpoint compliance reporting, lifecycle analytics, KPI reporting, and executive summary support.
EndpointClarity is an independent service. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Microsoft. Microsoft, Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Graph, and related names are trademarks or registered trademarks of Microsoft Corporation.
3. Early Access and Product Development
EndpointClarity is currently onboarding early design partners and pilot customers. Early access features may be incomplete, changed, paused, or discontinued as the product evolves.
By participating in early access, you understand that dashboards, reports, workflows, pricing, and service packaging may change before general availability. Feedback you provide may be used to improve EndpointClarity without obligation to compensate you.
4. Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for your Microsoft tenant, user accounts, permissions, authorization decisions, internal approvals, and the accuracy of information you provide to EndpointClarity.
- You must not provide access unless you are authorized to do so.
- You must not use EndpointClarity for unlawful, harmful, abusive, or unauthorized purposes.
- You must not attempt to interfere with, reverse engineer, overload, or compromise EndpointClarity systems.
- You are responsible for reviewing dashboards, reports, and recommendations before taking operational action.
5. Data, Microsoft Graph, and Reporting Access
EndpointClarity may use scoped Microsoft Graph permissions for reporting-only visibility when authorized by your organization. Required permissions depend on the reports, dashboards, and data signals selected.
EndpointClarity is not intended to make device management changes, modify Intune policies, enroll or retire devices, reset devices, or perform administrative actions unless a separate written agreement explicitly says otherwise.
Your use of EndpointClarity is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle contact information, website data, tenant reporting data, retention, and security.
6. Pricing, Payment, and Commercial Terms
Website pricing, if shown, is informational and may change. Any paid engagement, pilot, subscription, or custom service may require a separate written agreement, order form, invoice, or statement of work.
Unless a written agreement says otherwise, fees are due according to the invoice or order terms provided. Taxes, payment processor fees, and other applicable charges may be your responsibility.
7. Ownership and Feedback
EndpointClarity owns the website, service design, templates, dashboards, documentation, code, branding, and related intellectual property, except for customer data, Microsoft services, third-party materials, and materials owned by others.
You retain ownership of your customer data. You grant EndpointClarity the rights needed to process authorized data and provide requested services.
If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas, EndpointClarity may use them to improve the product without restriction or compensation.
8. Availability and Changes
We may update, suspend, limit, or discontinue parts of the website or service. Early access services may have interruptions, limited support, changing features, and evolving reporting outputs.
We aim to provide practical, useful reporting, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free reports, or that every possible Intune reporting scenario will be supported.
9. Disclaimers and Limitations
EndpointClarity reports and recommendations are provided for visibility, planning, and operational decision support. You are responsible for validating outputs before making security, compliance, device lifecycle, policy, or business decisions.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, EndpointClarity is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted operation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, EndpointClarity will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, or loss of goodwill.
10. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to EndpointClarity if we believe there is a violation of these terms, unauthorized use, security risk, non-payment, legal requirement, or risk to EndpointClarity, customers, or service providers.
You may stop using the service at any time. Customer data handling after termination may be governed by the Privacy Policy, a written agreement, or customer instructions.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms as the product, legal requirements, service model, or business practices evolve. When updated, we will revise the last updated date above. Continued use of the website or services after changes means you accept the updated terms.
